Rumours have the internet running at warp speed with the possibility that Quinten Tarantino is set to produce and direct the next Star Trek movie. The internet’s collective mind was blown when the rumours of such a legendary collaboration became a serious possibility. Going where no man named Tarantino has gone, science fictions final frontier may never be the same again as he sets phasers to thrill for this science fiction action block buster.
Variety magazine in December reported that Tarantino, J.J. Abrams and writer Mark L. Smith would be teaming up to produce th R rated science fiction film. In contrast the TARP bank bailout fund in the US was funded with $700 million USD while other governments around the world also threw 10’s of billions of dollars at the problem. The trillion dollar price tag for the Enterprise doesn’t seem so bad in such context.
