A lazy Saturday in Germany, snow covers the ground as the cold embrace of winter envelops the country side. Keeping warm in these wintery conditions means keeping busy, for one group of friends sometimes this means skiing behind the MDK train. A pastime best left to the experienced thrill seeker, don’t try this at home.

Ski’s at the ready he moves into place behind the train ready for the journey to begin. It’s easy to imagine he’s grinning from ear to ear under that helmet. The toe line goes taut as the train picks up speed; staying between the tracks the ride actually seems pretty smooth.
