Bagpipes ARE COOL and We Have Proof.

While people not of Scottish descent may believe bagpipes are the Most Annoying Thing Ever we have discovered irrefutable evidence that they are in fact cool.

Launching UK’s Radio 1 Big Weekend in 2014 Radio 1 Glasgow let rock and roll bagpipes take the lead, in the process proving that bagpipes ARE cool. With sporrans on display and kilts hanging low the ‘Red Hot Chillie Pipers’ were set loose on an unsuspecting world. A band that may just be the most Scottish collection of musicians since the Proclaimers performed their classic track ‘I’m Gonna Be’ (500 Miles).

Presented for your viewing pleasure is the very Scottish band ‘The Red Hot Chilli Pipers’ performing a very modern medley including Avicii’s Wake Me Up. So sit back, relax with your whisky and turn it up loud if your hard of hearing, or have annoying neighbors.

Quentin Sommerville Gets Too Close to the Fire, Inhales a Whole Lot of Something…

The line ‘I didn’t inhale’ is often used by politicians to talk about their previous experiences with smoking elicit substances, it is of course complete hogwash. It’s also something that one BBC reporter should have kept in mind while reporting on the burning of eight and a half tons of mixed narcotics, or as we call it a day in the life of Ozzy Osbourne. The footage originally captured a little over four years ago was initially posted and then removed due to copyright issues but once the cat was out of the bag the internet took over.
