Spooky New Year’s Eve, Ghost Captured by the Thames…

New Years Eve fireworks are a universal joy, no matter the nationality, or religion we all love to celebrate the start of a new year with a fireworks show.

This year a photograph captured a spooky sight by the banks of the Thame’s river in London. An image that might suggest the recently deceased also enjoy celebrating New Years. Captured by professional photographer Jules Annan while waiting for the countdown and the explosive celebrations is what clearly appears to be a ghostly apparition standing with his hands in the pockets of his jacket.

Presented for your viewing pleasure is the video explaining one photographer’s spooky experience on New Year’s Eve.

According to the Daily Mail Jules said of the photo ‘Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I can’t explain it. There was no one there when I took the photograph and it is not a double exposure or a long exposure. I have shown it to five or six other people and they cannot explain it either.’

The YouTube commentary explains ‘ Is this a ghost? Whilst waiting for the New Year s Fireworks display in London I took a series of pics of the Houses of Parliament. One of them clearly shows a Youth in a red jacket and beanie hat looking out across the Thames .I didn’t see anyone stood there when I took this image using a Nikon D800 set at ISO400 APP22 SPEED 25 can someone explain how this bizarre person appears in it? I have not altered this image in any way. The camera was handheld whilst leaning on a wall, the pictures before and after do not show anything.’

Is this a case of digital trickery of has the lens captured a sad tale of regret in the afterlife?
